"Love the 2 pools ! I have been going for 50 years since I was 18. Water is healing, hot and 2 city blocks long. Kids love swimming in it too! Open year round even awesome in the winter ! Took the train and enjoyed the lodge and cute town and shops and excellent food ! Go & relax! Ps Also best tacos ever downtown Slope and Hatch. I had a lamb with yellow curry, zucchini, sweet potato and Taziki sauce. My friends had fish tacos with avocado, and pork with pineapple. Yum great fries too! Christmas lights still up next door at Historic Hotel Colorado, good bar and restaurant there also. Can’t wait to see the new pools they are adding opening this summer!"
"We visited the Glenwood Hot Springs pool today for two hours and enjoyed it a lot. There are two pools, one huge, like a football field size with a lower temperature and the smaller one, more like basketball court size at a very high temperature. The changing rooms and showers are very comfortable, spacious and easy to use. The locker use is included. The buildings around, the Athletic club and the Lodge or look very historical and in good shape. I recommend this place for all ages and preferences."
"This was beyond an amazing, therapeutic, healing experience. Very easy to find, and not to bad of a drive there if you are coming in winter use caution because this area of Colorado receives a decent amount of snow. Once arriving it was a very easy process, we booked online and made reservations which I don’t believe you have to do but I did decided to which made checking in very easy (the tickets are non refundable and non transferable however they are open 7 days a week except some holidays and opened rain or shine) and was complete in less that 2 minutes. We stopped at the gift shop and browsed around. The did have quite a selection of flip flops, sandals, bathing suits and clothes. Lots of souvenirs if you want to bring something back for your loved ones. We the went to the pools which are located outside and I do suggest wearing watershoes or flip flops for the walk due to the fact of the snow and the temperatures. Also if you buy a float or bring a float you can not use it in the hotter pool due to the fact it could pop or cause injuries, which is complete common sense however just wanted to throw that out there. There are 2 pools one that is at a 104 degrees and the other slightly colder. Both pools are very large and have a lot of space. Definitely had a great time with my husband and son and will 1000% plan another trip here soon. I highly recommend bringing the whole family."
"Nice place, the small pool is definitely hotter than the big one, bathroom/changing rooms need some updating. Pool was very nice, not too crowded. It was great for a 40 degree day. A little on the pricey side if you only stay a few hours"
