"I called from out of state ON Valentine’s Day (which I’m sure is one of the busiest days of the year) past 2:00pm which is their cut off for same day delivery… I asked if they could do a same day delivery and they said yes. They delivered a beautiful bouquet to my “bonus mom” who was in the Boise hospital. She texted me how she received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers! Things changed quickly…she went home from the hospital 2 days later on hospice and passed away that night at home. This was not what any of us were expecting… I am currently across the country and was not able to be there. Those flowers were the last communication I had with her. Thank you does not seem enough… it means so much to me that you were able to to deliver a beautiful bouquet at the last minute on the busiest day of the year… when none of us knew her days were so short. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for making a difference in people’s lives. ❤️❤️❤️"

"Mistakes happen but poor customer service is inexcusable. I recently ordered flowers from France to be delivered to my 92 year old aunt in the hospital in Boise. The delivery was supposed to be that day. Two days later, the flowers had not been delivered. When I called, I was treated very abrasively and told that the names for the purchaser and recipient were the same and that they had tried ‘every hospital’ in Boise. I certainly gave them the recipient’s name, as I was surprised that the person on the phone asked me how to spell ‘Carol.’ Georgia, who I was speaking with, said that I left a ‘wrong phone number.’ I had clearly told the person who took the order that my phone number was in France. That is when I got irate and made it clear that I had told them that it was a French number and to email me if there was an issue. I was told that I did not give an email address, which I found interesting since they had emailed me a receipt. Let me reiterate: had the mistake had been made and Georgia had immediately been apologetic and not blamed the situation on me, I would not have had an issue. When Georgia realized that I was truly upset with their customer service, she said that she would add extra flowers. Too little too late."

"Georgia and her team at Boise at Its Best are top notch! Our daughter recently got married and from our very first meeting Georgia embraced the desired vibrant color scheme. Georgia is a great communicator and worked well with our wedding planner, Sam, from Sprout Design. She created a floral design that was absolutely stunning. She and her team were there on the wedding day doing the installation and back again at midnight to tear down. Her service and professionalism is impeccable. As a bonus and something I think speaks to her character, Georgia took the time to donate the leftover flowers to local assisted living facilities after our event. We were so glad the flowers continued to be enjoyed several days after the wedding."
