"Called Servpro of NE Wichita to get rid of a nasty mold problem from the recent rains. I spoke with Liz on the phone and she immediately made me feel at ease. She was able to send a service tech, Grant, out to get rid of the mold almost immediately. It was a difficult job but Grant worked very hard and was very thorough. In fact, he did such a good job with the mold that I took them up on an offer to clean my ducts, which haven't been cleaned since the house was built over ten years ago. This time, Grant brought Dayton along to help. Both of them worked very hard and were professional and polite the entire time. The change in air quality in my house is quite noticeable.
