"TL;DR: we are doing the cleaning ourselves anyway, and paid a couple hundred dollars for the privilege. The 1 star is simply because I wasn’t charged the full amount when a crew member was unable to do their work. The remaining members only did things we would have otherwise done ourselves. There was no deep clean, and even the surface cleaning that was performed was inadequate. Kitchen counters were not wiped, the stovetop was not fully cleaned, baseboards and bathroom floors weren’t touched, the sweeping that was done was inadequate, a crew member literally quit mopping because their mop head was swiveling and they claimed it was therefore impossible to continue, and the one room we really wanted cleaned was barely touched outside of a couple cobwebs getting cleared. The cherry on top was that they took out the trash, and on seeing that the bin (secured shut with a bungee) was full, left the bag outside. I didn’t catch this until the next morning when I found the contents strewn about due to the raccoons having free access to it. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this service."
