"Unfortunately we had the same experience as the other reviewer. Two teenage kids came out. They did a fairly good job but the greasy rags they left on the stone on either side of our grill left stains we can't get off. I have called and left a message. I just called again today and their mailbox is full. It was a good idea but I won't use them again."
"Very bad customer service. We had our grill cleaned about a month ago. The cleaning was okay, probably better than what we could've done but then our grill hasn't worked since. They took the grill apart to clean it (it was two teenage kids btw) and we weren't sure if something was left unconnected or what the situation was. This was all fine if they would've answered our calls to have them come out and see what the problem was. My husband called them several times to no avail and then just recently emailed them, no response. Now we had to hire a technician to come out and look at it and repair it. So we will be out the fee to clean it and the fee to fix it. I would not use this company and I will not recommend them to anyone."
