"The Eco Kleen team did an outstanding job. After meticulously cleaning our ventilation system they replaced 6 old steel vents that leaked air with 6 new hard plastic vents that completely eliminate air flows when shut. It makes our entire system much more energy efficient. Thanks for job well done!"
"Update: After speaking with the owner and Operations Officer, I’m happy to say that we came to an agreeable solution to the below issues. I would still recommend their services as they were prompt to make this bad experience a good one. I’m thankful we found a company that really cares about their customers and wants to be the best at what they do. They “completed” the work in an hour instead of the 2 hours quoted. They bent and broke multiple vents jamming the vents on (they fit just fine prior). They left a mess at multiple vents (doesn’t look super clean either). They didn’t clean out the dryer vent per the invoice. They didn’t tell us we needed a new filter after they were done and destroyed a brand new filter (didn’t offer to replace it). See pics."
