"The apartment complex hired this tree service and the work they did was sloppy and inexcusable! They have no respect for other peoples property! They opened the fence to my back yard and didn't re-secure it with the chain they unhooked. They let the branches fall on the roof, on my flower beds and almost destroyed a Japanese rose bush, trampled the new grass that was just coming up, knocked over my solar lights and left debris all over my yard and in the parking lot. In addition, the neighbor behind me let them use her driveway and they backed into the front of her garage and split the facing all the way up to the top of her garage. I will be talking to the manager to let them know how unhappy I am. I guess the old adage "you get what you pay for" really applies here! Shame on T.R.E Tree Service!"

They were upfront that he gives an approximate date range for the work and called the day prior to make sure the next day and time worked for us.
