"I called and left a message with reason for calling and all my information, Somebody called back and left me a message, I returned the call and asked for the same gentleman who called me. He was unavailable so I left a message and never heard back from him or anyone else. *Edit I contacted the owner and spoke with him. Although he couldn't provide proof I was contacted last, he was very apologetic for the misunderstanding. I felt his sincerity was proved when he took the time to come by my home for a free assessment. In the future if I'm in need of any of their services I will be calling them. Since I didn't have any services performed I don't feel it's fair to give them 5 stars ."
"After a small house fire at the rental house we own, we chose King Services to clean and do the restoration needed. They were prompt, courteous and very responsive to all our questions and how to proceed. Paul worked with our insurance agent and was able to get started right away. He and his team have all the connections with all the needed electrical and other contractors to get the job done. They are professional and responsive. Paul kept us informed of all the work being done without the worry. We appreciate Paul and his crew! They handled every aspect of the cleanup and restoration! The work is all completed and we are very satisfied with everything. We highly recommend King Services!"
"I had a blown hot water heater and it ruined part of the laundry room and the bathroom. I called it insurance and they send another company who wanted an outrageous price for repairs. Since I have work with guys from there before I call king services and Paul came by gave me reasonable price. He then sent his guys and did an excel job, we’re friendly and made sure my family and pets were safe. I have recommended them to others who help. Great job."
