"Do not use this company. We scheduled a move out clean with them for 4-5 hours with two cleaners. We had already moved overseas at this time so we had a neighbor go and check on the cleaning for us and they barely even cleaned one floor of our house. When I called the company the man that answered said that they needed an additional 4-5 hours than what was quoted to finish. When I told him that what he said was done was not done and I have pictures for proof he told me that I am wrong. They then went ahead and still charged me for 9 hours worth or work since there were two workers. The state they left my house in looked like they came and worked for 30 minutes. The unprofessional manner of the employer I talked with was unbelievable. I would recommend any other cleaning company in Spokane. Pictures below are of my fridge drawers and cabinets that they said they cleaned and are obviously not."
