"I have never had Two Maids of Spokane miss a call from me during office hours. If I leave them a voicemail after hours (because who doesn’t remember things in the middle of the night that they meant to do earlier that day??) I get a return call first thing in the morning. Communication is important to me. And they always let me know ETA, if there’s a change in who’s going to be here that week, anything that would change my routine. (Which rarely happens! They’re so consistent!) The owners are an absolute delight to work with along with the rest of their team. They’ve cultivated quite the crew. Highly recommend. Tori has an amazing attention to detail and does a great job. She knows my house better than I do, at this point. Remembers all the random little things that most people wouldn’t notice and is THOROUGH! When she dusts, she gets every inch. When there’s a specific area that needs extra attention (or if my son clogged the toilet and didn’t tell me), she has no qualms handling things and goes above and beyond. She is knowledgeable about what she does and Two Maids is lucky to have her!"
