"Fantastic crew and fantastic job. TCA came about a week ago and gave me an estimate - which was cheaper than another company I had priced with and answered all my questions. They quickly got me scheduled. Quick and easy process. They have an app that works really well and easy to navigate. My cleaning crew was AMAZING! 3 awesome ladies came and got right to work. They brought all the supplies. They were kind and friendly and the areas they cleaned look top notch. Thank you Cleaning Authority. This helps me so much."

"Had to pick 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Lets start with our first clean. They lost our key and blamed us saying they "definitely left it under the mat." Miraculously, the key appeared in the pocket of a staff member a day later. On visit 3, the floors were not touched anywhere in the house. Footprints were still in the hallway, crumbs still under the island. To their credit, they did come back and give the floors a quick once over, albeit with the effort of a disgruntled adolescent. Visit 5, our most recent, they did not show at all, claiming the date was not confirmed (it was, by phone on 12/16). Again, management jumped to blame us for not confirming. Don't hire these people. They are flaky and if there is an issue, it will always be your fault. Full stop."
