"Nice looking jewelry, but overpriced for the cuts and clarity that they provide. They have some nice options but it's mostly a store for "young" couples or those who dont care about real jewelry."

"I was at the Valley Mall and I stopped in the new Pandora Jewelry Store. The associate was so sweet and friendly. I asked her if she could clean my Pandora charms on my bracelet. My sister passed away recently and most of the charms were hers and the others she gave to me as a gift. They are sentimental to me. A memory of my sister. The associate was happy to clean them for me. I looked around. And she showed me some charms. She helped me take some pics of ones I was interested in. I didn’t buy anything that day, but I got excellent customer service and I highly recommend them. I wish I got her name."

"Jane was my sales associate today. I went to the Spokane Valley Pandora and they didn’t have a charm I wanted there, so a sales associate there called the downtown Pandora and put the charm on hold. Went to pick up the charm and Jane was very friendly. Browsed a bit because it was a little bigger than the other location. All staff seemed professional and helpful. Jane wasn’t pushy to sell me any jewelry. Brought charms out of the case that I liked but didn’t buy. Was nice to be able to look at it up close. More on the expensive side for charm bracelets but worth it!! Very good experience!!"

"My daughter received a gift that she didn’t love. She went in to exchange it in the original box and even gift bag. They grilled her to ask the person who bought it for her for the receipt. She said she’s not comfortable with that. So I came in with her thinking she heard them wrong. Nope. I even said give her the lowest price it has ever been and she can pick out something she likes, I’ll pay the difference. Nope they said they MUST HAVE THE RECEIPT. Don’t shops her for gifts. They don’t exchange like their online policy says."
