Seriously can’t speak highly enough about the professionalism, punctuality and grooming provided here. It’s hard to find someone who can handle the unique curly and course nature of some breeds, but her team does wonders!"

"I brought my two Bernese Mtn dogs to Shampooches for their very first grooming appointments. They were 4 & 2 years old, so full grown 100# dogs. Many groomers I reached out to did not want to take big dogs. These guys did an amazing job! I loved getting my girls back so clean, shiny, soft, trimmed and just beautiful. I am taking them quarterly, and the girls get more comfortable each time. Very happy with this place and the care they give my dogs."

"I am so disappointed. I loved this groomer for months. We trusted them with our two pups. They were so respectful and did a great job. This last time one of the groomers cut chunks out of our dog's fluffy hair. It looked TERRIBLE. We tried to talk to her about how we were feeling and she raised her voice and told us that the pieces of missing hair must have happened when my dog went swimming. You could see chunks of hair all around her legs cut with what looked like scissor marks. They were disrespectful and treated us like we were in the wrong for calling them out for a poor job. Very rude. They charged us full price and we will never go back. I would steer clear of this place."

"We are visiting Boise and our dog desperately needed a bath. Petsmart was booked so we tried Shampooches. We’re so glad we did! I’ve never seen our Golden Retriever looking so good! His fur is the softest it’s been and I can’t stop petting him. Shampooches did such a great job!"
