"I have been taking my dogs to melissa for over a decade. She has her own shop now. I cant say enough good things about her. She does an excellent job. She is reasonable and professional and my cocker spaniel loves her!"

"My dogs were bathed and nails trimmed. Did a decent job. I asked for extra hair removal because my dogs were shedding horrible. They came back and I could easily brush more hair out of them. They were clean but nothing special. Now on to why 2 stars. I had read a review from someone who had taken their kids next door for a dentist appt. The reviewer said they could here the dog groomer through the wall yelling at the dogs. I figured this might have been a bit dramatic but they weren't. When I came to pick my dogs up the owner must not have heard me come in or just plain didn't care. She was yelling at one of the dogs that she was grooming. She eventually saw me and asked for someone from the back to come help. Not very personable or polite I might ad. Definitely won't be taking my dogs back"
