"Im not sure why there are negative reviews this place was wonderful!!! Great convenient location to the arena just a short walk easy access to restaurants. Price was a little high but you pay for what you get. Great place would stay again! Had a downstairs room with a sliding door so convenient with a bar for security. Never felt unsafe even at night Food is good."

"The front desk service is helpful and friendly. The servers are nice. But the service overall is very poor. Very clear that management does not prioritize the service as the bar and wait staff are terribly understaffed. Feel bad for the workers because they likely get the brunt of the complaints but the awful service is from the top and their lack of management skills. It’s a shame because the hotel is in a great location. And is over all very clean and as mentioned, the employees are very friendly. Seeing how hard the staff is working and how poor they appear to be supported makes me feel like the employees must hate working here. TLDR - Management is terrible."

"Started out great but lack of staffing really put a damper on trip. Room is quiet, but restaurant service was terrible as it was a full hotel restaurant (75+ ppl) with one server. Bartender wouldn't mix cocktails that were "too complicated" and service was over an hour for burnt food. Also hotel was full for young athletic competition,so was very full and loud around front lobby at times, seems to be a popular stay for teams. Bright point was Front Desk staff were great."

"The check in was super easy and the room was clean. I found the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was VERY mediocre, the chi tea was warm (not hot) and overpriced. Hotel rate, I found reasonable. Due to a misunderstanding on my part was double booked in rooms. I stayed Friday night in one room and checked out of the room Saturday morning moving to another room. I quickly packed, and realized that evening that I had left some clothes in a drawer. I immediately called front desk they confirmed no one had checked into that room and that nothing had been turned in as found. They told me they would send security to check the drawers. I told them exactly where it was. They called back to tell me security found nothing in the room. The next morning I checked with front desk again to ask if housekeeping would look. I was told very strongly that security had already checked! I felt that they thought I was crazy. I said a drawer full of clothes just don’t vanish. They should be concerned, if clothes are gone and not reported as found. Front desk just kept brushing me off. That afternoon as I checked out, I asked for a manager, he was very nice and said I could go look (per my request) to see for myself. The clothes were just as I left them. Upon returning to the desk, the girl made a comment about stealing clothes. Not funny!!! It was an unnecessary stress that could have been avoided if the housekeeper checked the whole room on clean and the security guy had actually checked the room."

"For our toddler's 3rd birthday, my husband and I decided to take our children to Spokane to attend the Monster Jam event at the arena. We were excited to spend some quality time with our family and explore the city. After researching various lodging options, we ultimately chose to stay at the Centennial Hotel Spokane. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hotel's stunning architecture and sleek design. The lobby was spacious and modern, with plenty of seating areas and natural light pouring in. The walking trail that leads to the park and different places was an extra bonus. As we checked in, the staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was located on one of the higher floors and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The room itself was spacious and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds and plush linens. Throughout our stay, we took advantage of the hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and on-site restaurant. We also appreciated the hotel's convenient location, which made it easy for us to explore the city and attend the Monster Jam event. The only problem I had was the guest before I left pills in the hotel room we were staying. I was happy none of my children got to them. The cleaners must have overlooked it because the room was cleaned. Overall, our stay at the Centennial Hotel Spokane exceeded our expectations and made our family trip even more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Spokane."
