"I called around and she was the cheapest at $10 to clip my puppies nails. I am not a new dog owner and was shocked at several issues! 1st. She doesn't want parents to be in the back, to comfort their babies and watch her work. She was a tad rude but didn't tell me to leave so that's good or I would have taken my baby somewhere else if she did. 2nd. The $10 was just for her to clip his nails!!! She charged another $10 to file them!!! That has always been included and I never had a groomer play slight of hand by saying that was extra. It would have been nice if she laid that out for me over the phone when I asked how much she charged. Her son helps her and he was nice, still gave her a $3 tip but we will not be returning!! Customer service is 80% of the job!!! Honesty, integrity & politeness goes a long way!! My fur-babies are like my children and I wouldn't take my kids to a hair stylist, doctor, etc. that did not allow me back with them to watch and comfort them. Just my experience here, 1st and last!!"
