"CLEAN! Comfortable rooms & beds. Breakfast was great - wide variety from full hot breakfast of waffles, scabbled eggs & sausage to cereal & milk to grab-and-go options. Friendly & helpful staff! The young man working breakfast kept everything stocked & all the tables wiped on a busy morning. Both front desk people we encountered were delightful & eager to help. We would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel & would stay again."

"To begin the hotel is hard to find as the signage is very small and the street address is not visible from the street. We drove by the hotel 3 times before spotting it. Next we reserved the room online through the direct Quality Inn site and no where did it say that there would be an additional security deposit of $50.00 but it did point out that the room charge was non-refundable. So when we arrived to be confronted with the extra charge the lady checking us in said that we would be refunded the security deposit upon check out the next morning. I would have left and gone to another hotel but I would lose my room fees that I had already paid. The room that we got (room # 110) was clean enough but we found what looked like blood stains over the writing desk and the privacy curtains were melted with holes showing through them. Next when my wife stepped into the shower the drain in the tube was clogged up. All through the night there was an annoying noise coming through the ceiling which I could not locate and then around 1:00 in the morning there was loud yelling in the hallway and neighboring room. The morning continental breakfast was ice cold with the sausage being raw in the center and the sausage gravy was like paste. the only thing that was hot was the battery acid coffee. And I still have not been refunded the security deposit."

"We needed to get a hotel due to frozen drain pipes at home. This place was close to home. Our first issue was with the lady that checked us in, it took a long time to get checked in, I don't think she understood or spoke much English. She asked for a credit card, when I asked her why 3 times, because we had paid on line for the room, she did not respond. She then pointed to a sign regarding the 50 dollar charge if we did not return the plastic room key when we checked out. That was weird. Our room seemed okay, except for the bathroom! When taking a shower, the tub started filling up with water, I checked the drain plug, it was open. By the time I got done with my shower the water in tub was over my ankles! The soap, shampoo & conditioner were empty, & the hair dryer didn't work. When the tub drained, my husband took a shower, tub filled up on him also. I told the same women who checked us in about the tub, when checking out, she looked at me like she had no clue what I said. Around 7:30pm, we heard someone vacuuming in the hall. Are you kidding me! We will never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't waste your time or money staying at the NO Quality Inn!"

"I was very happy with our stay. We were there for 3 nights. I am confined to a wheelchair and was very pleased with the accommodations at this location. I have a spinal injury and so often am uncomfortable in beds that aren't my own. The beds were quite comfy! The clothes bar is low, the fridge, microwave, etc was all set perfectly for my comfort. They have soap, and lotion in dispensers by the sink. In the shower there are dispensers of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and it's all good quality stuff. Breakfast is provided and of good quality. There is a good selection of things to eat too. The staff was nice. My only issue was that there seemed to be a language barrier. NONE of them seemed to understand English so it was quite difficult communicating."

"The manager on duty when we got there was the sweetest! And they did have soup out and ready for the night which was a cute gesture - never had that at a hotel before! Good waffles, lots of breakfast options. There was a lot of space for dogs to go to the bathroom - very dog friendly!"
