Walmart Supercenter

"Went in on my way home from the hospital. Had to buy an age restricted item, medicine. Of course the self check light starts to flash and say that an associate was on their way. Look over and three of them are looking at their device, later to find out it was not working to remotely approve our transaction... nonetheless, the young lady with the device NEVER looked up or acknowledged us until we raised our hands and said "help". She looked up long enough to say, it's not working and look back down. Ok, what is then taking place to resolve the issue? Why are you not acknowledging us and kindly explaining what's being done. Then it looks like a 'manager' type comes over to the young lady and takes her device and explains something. The young associate then starts to walk to us, then turns and flippantly tells the manager or lead, "You have my card!" She comes back with her card, scans it and a screen comes up and asked if the customer, us, meets age requirements...she clicks NO! Which led to us having to delete entire cart and start over. The manage or lead person was there at that time, but still failed to acknowledge us... REALLY? You want us to do your job at checkout; a minimum wage of 15-30 bucks an hour and Wal-Mart doesn't take the time to teach their associates/employees/management just common courtesy and communication skills on how to interact with customers? Come on Walmart, DO BETTER!"

"This is a Super Clean Store in Post Falls,Idaho and everything was up to par. a The front door Ladies were amazing and showed me where to find the Garbage can that I needed for my kitchen. Thanks for a great experience Bryan C."

"New here my grandpa wanted fabric she found and fell in love with they had tons (Gonzaga) of rolls on the clearance end cap. Well we had no idea how much fabric was included in each individual roll nor did we know the price so we took it to checkout since we couldn't find anyone to assist us in the fabric section to ask for the price and how many feet we were getting . Needless to say nobody , nobody knew , nobody could tell us , employees were guessing the prices and the amount of fabric that was on the bundle (it had masking tape with a handwritten number 11 in permanent marker) also which is not right . So we held up the line , which I hate the way that feels . I had to walk back with another employee to show her the location of this fabric and show it was on clearance, while my grandma waited at the check stand for us to get the price . The end result was we decided to not buy it since there was such confusion . The employee helping us was rude . Huffing and puffing like we were a real inconvenience, which was uncomfortable also . So we said never mind, paid for the other items and my grandma was sad but the price was 13.99 a yard, which is no clearance price ... so instead of arguing I said forget it . Then we left ."
