"Due to a family medical emergency, I needed to board my two rescue dogs who had never been through this experience. It was probably more traumatic for me than for them! I called and checked on them so often, I'm sure I was a nucence! But Kirsten and Michelle were so INCREDIBLY AWESOME! I pray I won't need their services anytime soon, but, if I do...this is the only place I would consider!!!! God bless you all for taking care of my furry kids!"

"My older guy “Diesel” has been boarding here over the past several years. They really take care of him and he gets TLC. He gets to hang out with them for awhile when he gets anxious in his suite (thank you Terry -Manager) he is given meds for it) but they go extra mile and they pay attention!!! They also try other food when he doesn’t eat well. Means a lot !!!!!! I know it gets busy! Thank you sooooo much! Gives me a piece of mind him staying here when I have to travel!!!"

"BEWARE❗️ worked at the pet resort for one day and didn’t go back because it was so bad. Short staffed, lied about overtime and expects you to work 1-3 hours after EVERY 10 hour shift. Pet resort is filthy and doesn’t get cleaned regularly or properly in the highest standard.(and it’s apart of a hospital) I’ve worked as a kennel tech and was appalled by the way they clean their kennels. Animals are exposed to diseases and illnesses. There is no yard or rotation schedule for letting all the dogs out potty. So some dogs get missed or don’t go out at all. Animal waste doesn’t get picked up until the very end of the day. So your dog or cat will be sitting in its own waste or another animals waste for most of the day. The people are nice but not professional by any standards. Do not board your animals for even one night. Wouldn’t recommend to your pets or as a job. The hospital is amazing and clean but disappointed in their boarding/daycare facility."
