"Feces! Checked in and checked right back out they do not clean anything, literally human feces on the pillows and sheets. Walked across the parking lot to the Hells canyon. Completely unsanitary, how this place passes a health inspection amazes me."
"The rooms were nice enough. The person making our reservation was not very helpful. This hotel is very bureaucratic. There were too many screw ups to mention. Matt at the front desk was helpful. It was way too expensive for not offering breakfast. I would not stay here again. Btw, the shower is very slippery."
"Two previous stays were good with no issues. This stay, however, my disabled parents booked a room and were put in the second floor. They alerted a staff member of the mixup and their inability to access the second floor due to there being no elevators. Staff had them wait about an hour while they cleaned a downstairs room. Not a problem. Upon getting to the room, it was void of the sleeper sofa(rooms are advertised as sleeping four), coffee table, and dining table that has been in the rooms we previously stayed in. When we asked about the missing furniture the staff became rude and told them that it’s just how it is on the ground floor and literally told my mother that they have already “bent over backwards” to accommodate us(?!) They did bring a little card table to put with the dining chairs that were somehow still there. They also told us that there hasn’t been furniture in the downstairs rooms for two years. We just stayed in a fully furnished room on the ground floor a couple of months ago so I don’t know why that was said. No discount or apologies were given for not having the number of beds. Completely ridiculous. The rooms are big. There is no coffee maker (or drinking cups). The staff is rude. The room didn’t have the sleeping space advertised. Apparently accommodating disabled people is “bending over backwards”. We will stay elsewhere."
"Easy to get to. Nobody at the front desk. You have to go over to the Grand to get help, but rates are half as much as the main hotel. Nice big room and appeared clean. Did need new pillows. Bring your own. I am finicky about using pillows, and I'm glad I did because they had a smell. I only stayed one quick night and was worth the money. Had a large fridge, microwave, keurig, desk and king bed. Hot water took about 5 minutes to get to the tub. Outside not much to look at but overall pleased with all. Girls at the desk weren't much help and not the friendliest, but I like customer service people to be a little more upbeat. Couldn't answer my question about the discount for food at the Grand (they own the seaport) and didn't offer to find out for me. The man who took my reservation was NOT pleasant at all but whatever. Got it done. Would recommend to anyone traveling through. Quiet and had what I needed."
"Firstly, there is no check in desk at the Seaport, you have to go across the lot to the grand. After we got checked in, we found our room to be dirty still. Stained sheets, garbage in drawers and on the floor, an entire eco system growing in the coffee pot, and loads of dust everywhere. I trudged back across the lot and got a new room. (The one nice thing I can say was that the front desk lady was quite nice about moving us and called in a request to check rooms for cleanliness.) Well, the new room was barely better. That coffee pot was still unusable and the toilet had to be fixed by my husband multiple times during out two night stay. Honestly terrible and I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
