"I am so conflicted about this hotel. On one hand was extremely disappointed because I booked here based on the pictured that were online showing a beautiful, artistic hotel, but when I got there I realized that this is an older hotel that is in need of the rooms being remodeled. There was an issue with cleanliness, so I did have to switch rooms, though I did meet one of the cleaning ladies, and she was one of the sweetest abuelas I have ever met. The bathroom really needs to be remodeled. I could go one and on about the cons, but the service was so amazing. They really made up for any issues I came across. I saw Autumn and Jesus most of my trip, and they are both perfect. With some updates, I would for sure come back because the reception area is beautiful, and the idea is there, though some floors are lacking in the decorating area. Beds are comfortable. I did have a room that came with breakfast, and there is a restaurant there where you get food, and again, the service was top notch. I did have a huge issue with one of my meals not just because my chicken in my meal was raw and bloody, I could really overlook a mistake, but because when I got a replacement, my chicken was still pink and my server told me the chef said that because they marinate the chicken in cayenne that contributes to the color change. I'm not sure how red cayenne pepper will make a chicken a raw pink color, but I digress. With some better attention to detail, this would be a 5 star hotel, especially since this is a great location to be in downtown Denver."
"So much I could say but I'm going to keep it short. The themed room was not worth the money. I was in room 421. I love Lucy which could of been better as you can see it's only a wall. The bathroom floor was horrible needs a remodel, it's old brown tile and the toilet is small and that says alot from me I'm 5'3. The whole floor in general you could not tell was themed the best floors are the horror and super hero floor. The hot water in the shower was amazing. The front desk staff was even more amazing super friendly ready to help checking in during the stay cause I was there 4 days. The hotel is centrally located for all the activities I had planned and there is tons of food around."
"Fun hotel with neat themes on every floor. Good price and excellent location. Staff was nice. The art on our wall was awful though. It’s the lady with the ice cream cone. If you know you know. Just weirdly unsettling."
"We wanted to be downtown with easy walking distance to stadiums and restaurants. The room had a nice view of the mountains and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff always greeted us with a smile and took great care of us."
"I was very pleased with my stay at the Curtis! I always enjoy stays at Hilton Hotels, but this one was especially unique. The different floors had all different movie themes which was really cool. But most importantly, Lauren really went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I enjoyed our stay. She was incredibly pleasant and made us feel very welcome. This hotel is a good value for the money compared to other ones in the area. It is also convenient walking distance to Larimer Square. My only complaint is parking is $45/night which is too pricey. Otherwise, great stay."
