"Fighting them from an account that I paid off 3 years ago. Just realized recently credit score is being effected negative because my last payment they show as "charged off" even though I have a copy of the check that proves I paid off the loan!! I've sent 2 disputes through the credit agency and they've "confirmed" both times that they did charge off the last amount both times. Even with the proof of the cancelled check. So currently my credit is dinged because of some shady tax fraud they're doing. Avoid this scummy company at all costs."
