"I put my puppy hospitalized for three days because she got parvo and was told I’d get a call every morning with updates how she’s doing and the first day didn’t hear nothing from them it’s now the second day and I’m the one trying to call them and see how my dogs doing like what’s the problem?? Im worried bout my puppy so now I’m frustrated because of the lack of communication and when I call it’s forwarded to a number and the guys telling me he has no way to get ahold of them and don’t know what to tell me and has no information about my dog so i’m pissed and i’m wondering IS MY DOG OKAY??!! I just want an update or something it’s not professional at all the office says closed on weekends or I’d go down myself and find out what’s good."
