"Our tech Anthony was absolutely amazing! Customer service is too not h at this place and wouldn't use anyone else. Took a bit of time to get our computer back, but that was due to parts I wanted being a bit difficult to locate for the most part. Will absolutely be using them again!"

"Went in with my laptop which had a broken screen, was given a reasonable quote and was told it would take 7-10 days. Was told they’d call me once they ordered the part, as well as once they’ve received it. As I hadn’t heard anything, I called 2 weeks later and was told they had yet to order the screen for my computer and would do so immediately. I thanked them, though I was annoyed, and left it at that. I called back another 6 days later was told the same thing. Seems a bit fishy right? Here is when I started to get very annoyed. I decided it’d be a good idea to walk into the store and get down to the bottom of whatever was going on. So 2 days later, I walked in and was told they still had yet to order my screen. I understand being busy and having a lot on your plate, but I can’t condone a business lying to me for weeks. I called again today now a month after dropping the computer, and was given answers to the first time. I appreciate someone answering my questions and telling me what was actually going on. I never received a call from anyone like promised, and was lied to multiple times throughout this process. I still have yet to get my computer as shipping was delayed on the screen but I just want this whole mess to be over with."

They gave me a solution to my problem and a plan for if the problem were to continue. 10/10 recommend off of hospitality alone!"
