"When you pull in and see the piece of cardboard in the window with "Cal Cars" scribbled on it, turn around and immediately! I brought my car here for a warranty covered repair that needed to be done that was causing my car to pull dangerously hard and quick when I was going fast. I was told nothing was wrong with the car (and I can't help but wonder if my husband would have been told the same thing if he had brought it in instead of me....) so I took it to another mechanic and was told this needs to get fixed NOW. So my husband called the CDA dealership, spoke to the GM, and was told that he's been getting these same types of complaints daily about this service center. UPDATE: STILL ONE STAR. I have taken my car here twice for an oil change, and "coincidentally" my car leaks oil as soon as I bring it home from the oil change and the fix is $400-$600! One time... ok. Two times in a row?! Yea right. We are DONE with Cal Cars. We'll be buying our cars from Robidoux from now on and taking them elsewhere for service. This place a joke."
