"Gave 5 figure deposit a year ago to get on wait list w/ this contract who is not registered in Idaho to do business I recently found out. After some time , He decided didn't want to do remodel I was wanting- changed to only wanted to do NEW construction in the future ( news to me ) passed me to another contractor and then kept my deposit for another new project I wanted to plan. Plan fell apart w/ in a few months after giving deposit for wait list . Not deposit for work.. They grey rocked me ever since . 3-4 emails and finally after I called I get a email that says no refund and that I cost them business opportunity I didn't sign anything that said non refundable deposit . Mind you, I haven't heard anything from them in a year I've been asking for my money back but somehow I am costing him lost business opportunity and then he says he came to site many times and he's deducted it from deposit which it was never intended for and he maybe came 3 times . No way that adds up to 5 figures Reporting him/ them to Idaho State/ Washington State where IS licensed and w/ state Attorney generals in both states for fraud."
