"She should retire. I have nothings good to say except she is a nice lady. My coat I wanted her to copy my patern that I had made years ago, patern gone forever. The dress, please holes bottom of pockets that I had to bend down to reach. Loop around button hole hanging. Dress to big to long. Straps , armholes like butters Flys to big. Said no zipper, she didn't recall. But than would I going on 3 months. I new better after she did my coat, but had left both ideas there. My mistake. Sharon can't say the same thing twice. Sorry Sharon but I wish I hadn't gone 2 u. in pockets at bottom"

"My husband took 2 pairs of pants in to be altered in all areas of the pants. After 3 weeks I called and said they would be ready the next day. After trying them on at home, I realised she only took the waist in. Pants still don’t fit!!!! Paid a premium price for stitches that were put in the back of the waist band. Surely, not the same quality as Jumpee."

"I planned to get my my wedding dress altered at sew pro. Based on reviews and word of mouth, I was very hopeful it would be a great experience. I dropped my dress off with the owner of the business at the beginning of April (Wedding is 6/25), and was told “it shouldn’t take long, I’ll start on it next week!” Fast forward to the end of May. I haven’t heard about my dress, so I decide to call. I’m not quite worried, just curious when I would get my dress back. I was told it hadn’t been started on yet, she had other dresses she needed to finish first. I was then told she would get started on it again “next week.” Now it’s June fifteenth, ten days until wedding day, and I am starting to feel worried. I still have not heard anything about my dress, and I get married in ten days! I call again, and I’m told my dress will be ready by Monday, five days from today. Now it’s Monday afternoon, five days to wedding day. I arrive at Sew Pro to pick up my dress after nearly three months apart. Much to my horror, it was in poor condition, terribly altered. The bustle was uneven, and she made the hooks incredibly noticeable. It was still too large, despite measuring me for the alterations. The sleeves that were supposed to hang around the arm were altered into straps after being very specific and giving clear direction that they were supposed to dangle! She added a piece of plastic into the bust of my dress(without asking), causing it to make a weird fold at the front of my dress. She was supposed to take the dress in to fit me, and didn’t even get that right. She tried to fix the issues and made parks of the dress worse as she rushed the process. And the under layer of Tull was cut incredibly uneven. Now I’m five days away from my wedding day and I’m scrambling to find someone to fix my dress, and all these extra issues caused to my dress….five days before my wedding…. TLDR: incredibly unimpressed with sew pro, would highly NOT recommend."

"Sharon is the most professional and detailed seamstress. She did an amazing (and quick turnaround) on a couple of formal dresses I brought in to her. She was personal and so easy to work with! Highly recommend!! A++++++"
