"I had a big problem with my existing home speaker system which had not been installed initially by Definitive. Loose wires were going everywhere and I could not possibly figure out "what went where." Although Definitive does not normally work on systems it has not installed, Mel Mesick made an exception. "Absolutely 100% enjoyable experience purchasing from Definitive. And more specifically Carrie, who stuck with me for weeks as I bounced around from speakers to preamps to streamers. Turns out everything I thought I wanted initially, wasn't actually the best solution and she really helped me find the right component to do what I wanted. And better, this piece is so nice I can't believe it. Who knew changing from an AV receiver using pre-outs to a Streamer/DAC would have such a major impact on the sound, but it did and it is a significant difference. Like going from DVD to 4K UHD. Thats the only thing I can compare it to in terms of me being "wow" when I first set it up.
