My phone wasn't charging properly, so I took it in, and the extremely kind and professional worker there at the shop was able to clean out my charging port, to where it works just fine again. And they did not charge me this, at all!!! That is fine customer service, and great technical service. It's great to see independent shops like this one still going strong. Great place. "Amazing experience overall. Came in with a corrupted drive on my custom pc and I had a potential idea of what might be the problem. It was what I expected and they handled it perfectly. They performed a windows reinstall on a new, larger, and better SSD. They also cleaned out the dust on the inside of my machine and even did a full data transfer. The initial diagnosis was complementary and did not require a single cent from me. I respect that so much because a simple diagnostic check should not require a price, which some tech places in the Seattle area seem to forget. This store just understands customer service and how to treat customers very well. The process took a little over a week, but it was during peak season, and I still got a cheap rush delivery on my part. The price felt the same as if I were to do the job myself. Absolutely blown away with my experience and cannot recommend this store enough if you are having a technical issue of any kind. "This shop is awesome. They took my phone with a very broken screen and fixed it. Considering the bend in the case, they still managed to make it look like new. Also they are super nice and kept me updated on the progress of my phone's repair status. If your device needs repair bring it here. FYI they fixed my Galaxy 20FE."

"Really enjoyed my experience with Gadget Rehab! Had a cracked smart watch screen, and Isaac and Joshua were super helpful and made the process really smooth. They had to order in the screen (which took a few days), but didn't charge until everything was fixed and done. "After seeing how highly rated this store was, I went early Friday morning to ask about getting the screen of my Pixel fixed. I was told they didn't have screens at hand, but would be getting an order over the weekend, and to expect to pick up my phone Monday. I actually got a call the same Friday night, though, that my phone was fixed and ready to pick up. Got it back in less than a day good as new. Gadget Rehab was very transparent about the costs of the repair when I did the drop off, offered to match pricing of competitors if I found somewhere that offered the same service for less (which there weren't, that I could find), and at pick-up there were no sudden added fees like I'd experienced at some other electronics repair places. They took time to explain everything in detail, which I also really appreciate. I would definitely recommend them for electronic repair."
