"We were so VERY impressed with Alex and his crew who did a fantasia job on our often challenging metal roof project. His professionalism was showcased first and foremost by his excellent, and prompt communication with my every question via email. We were so impressed, we paid and booked him months in advance just so we wouldn't lose the opportunity to be on his schedule. Secondly, the day he delivered the materials he showed up with his truck and trailer and literally backed up on our long, wind, 8-10% grade driveway which has two switch backs!! That's some skill! Finally, he arrived just when he said he would every work day of the project (even though he is an hour away!) - and cleaned up after every work day, to boot! Any concerns afterwards? He is on top of his game in responding to my text, and even came out to assess something I asked about.
