"We came down to Bonners Ferry for a quick visit from Canada. On our way home, we had a sensor fail that immobilized our vehicle. With some magic we were able to limp it back to Bonners Ferry. Nick was our savior. We showed up with seconds to spare before they were closing for the night, and he was happy to help us find the part we needed. He then spent an hour chatting with us in the parking lot on his off time telling us some amazing stories while we waited for the engine to cool down before installing the new sensor. If Nick is not management, please make it happen. He turned a very stressful situation into a very wonderful experience."
