I won't get into the details but they helped my family and I out in a way that we won't soon forget. They obviously were not obligated to do so, but they did so without hesitation. Because of that, a huge burden was lifted off of our shoulders. I only mention this because this is the type of place that is an asset and testament to a small community like Bonners Ferry. It makes us a little nostalgic for the days of old, where the handshake agreement existed. That is the type of place that it is. We were also impressed with the speediness and quality of work. We were warmly welcomed to sit in the waiting room, as it was a cold afternoon when we had work done there. There was hot coffee waiting in there. It was just an all around good experience. If you are a fan of that small town, tight knit community style businesses and in the market to buy tires or have some put on, we highly recommend North Hill Tire. These kind folks will have you fixed up and back on the road in no time at all. It's great to know that there are still some places that value people and provide excellent customer care accordingly!"
