"Same here, Generac Stand-By generator broken down 2X with only a few hundred hours. Supposedly under warranty, but charged for hundreds more dollars for “maintenance” while the stand-by generator was down, under warranty and waiting for months on back order on parts."

"Long story short. We called these people in our most desperate hour. Our generator quit in the middle of winter leaving my son and his family (my 6 year old granddaughter) stranded with no power at an offgrid property we just purchased. My son called around and ended up getting Bellah to come out and help. Well, they sent a 22 year old kid out (who we later learned was a bus boy only 6 months ago) to diagnose and repair the generator. He looked at it, made his best guess as to its issue, reached inside it to bypass something and made it run. He made a note of the part he thought it needed and he left. The generator ran for a couple hours after he left and quit again and wouldn’t start again. After dealing with this for several days we finally decided to buy a portable back up til this was figured out. After about a week we called bellah to learn where we were at with the “part we needed”. Turns out they knew nothing of it and had not ordered any parts. Now we had to start This process all over again. This all would have been something we would’ve let go but then the invoice came for 150.00. This is what sparked this review. They were no help at all to us, in fact they caused further delay for the repairs. Not happy about being invoiced for this."
