He showed me the problem and explained what he was doing as he went along. Also gave me advice on getting my dryer vent cleaned out. "Our technician, Max, was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in his investigation of out refrigerator problem! Although he wasn't able to fix it bc of it being an internal issue with wiring most likely, he spent almost 2hrs doing every diagnostic he could to make sure there wasn't ANYTHING he could do to help us before leaving. "Our oven broke and we called several places. We were given dates for appointments weeks in the future. That didn't work for us. We called Neon Appliance and Repair because their reviews were excellent. They came out the same day, and Max diagnosed the problem quickly. Max was professional and explained the issue very clearly. He ordered our part that same day and said we'd get a call when it arrived. He indeed called a few days later and came to install/fix it that afternoon. We were very pleased with the efficiency and promptness of our repair and our overall experience. It's hard to find good companies and repairs these days. This was our easiest and least stressful house issue to deal with to date. I hope nothing else breaks, but at least we know whom to call!"
