"Had a very bad experience with one of the girls that works there. She is the one with the long brown permed hair in black scrub. Very unfriendly and stone faced. She told me to sit over there and then I was ignored for 15 minutes until I got up and told them I didn't appreciate not being helped over a girl that had just walked in. I told them just give me my glasses which I had already paid for and let me leave. Stone face was really nasty to me, finally got my glasses and left and I will never go back. I've been going there for quite a few years, too bad to because I like really the doctor"

"I was extremely transparent about not having vision insurance and called around to see what the best cash price for my daughter and myself to get eye exams and contact fittings. They seemed to have the best price around! I pre-paid the cash amount they disclosed to me at time of making the appointment. Several months later I received a bill for myself for over that amount, which was already paid. When speaking to the receptionist, she was extremely condescending and felt the need to be right rather than to give any empathy towards the situation. Her resolution was a discount to pay double what I had already paid. She acted as if she was doing me a favor when there shouldn't have been a remaining balance in the 1st place. Please proceed with caution and get your quote in writing with this place. You have been warned! I won't even get into how many times I had to go in and get "refitted " for the contacts because the attending optometrist couldn't get my prescription correct. I should be reimbursed for all the fuel I used and time missed from work , to be honest."

"I’ve been coming here since I was in the third grade and I still love this place even when Dr. Mills came and took over. I now bring my three children here who all need glasses because it’s totally hereditary in my family. They are so warm and friendly and so patient when it comes to the kiddos. I always feel welcome like it’s my second home since I have been coming as a child and I also feel very proud when it comes to my kids now coming and being a part of something that’s in my history.
