"Updated 2024: My same elderly cat (below) started to decline very quickly. The office worked me in for a visit 2 weeks ago, which I know is a gift, and I had the same good experience again. I had to euthanize her today with little notice, and the staff worked with me again over multiple phone calls as my circumstances were changing on the fly. They gave me the time I asked for with my pet, and they again communicated all pricing and options gently and thoroughly. I cannot recommend this place enough. 2022: Took my elderly cat in for some dental work and the team communicated every suggestion and recommendation in real time, no surprises on the bill. Friendly team that visibly enjoys working with animals. Thanks to Dr. Brown and the crew, I'll be happy to recommend you in the future."

"I brought my dog here for her wellness check. The wait time for an appointment didn't bother me as I planned ahead. The staff was welcoming and the vet was great. The environment was super calm and the techs were very nice, too. Two days after this visit I thought my dog swallowed a battery - I called them and they were able to get my dog in emergently, xrayed her, and then was assured that my dog was fine and didn't swallow a battery. I appreciate them taking the time to see her instead of sending me to emergency medicine because it was so close to their closing time. Very thankful for their team!"

"I took my dog in who was having trouble breathing. The X-ray showed fluid around the heart. He was in distress. They acted like it was nothing and sold me useless medication. My dog was dead within and hour of returning home. They seem like people barely able to do their jobs."

"This place has become a threat to my pets health. Multiple botched procedures, weeks to get an appointment. They can't respond to my concerns so I've been going to get second opinions from emergency vets. I feel they will kill my pet through negligence. They sold to an investment firm and you can see They only care about profit. They are now only open 3 days a week and went from 4 doctors to only 1. They have become terrible."
