"EXTREMELY POOR CARE!!! On 7/15 I had a new patient appointment. I called that morning to tell them I was not feeling well and had definite urinary tract infection symptoms. I was told to come in to the office. No history or exam was performed. All questions kept going back to COVID. I stated three times that I had a urinary tract infection. NO urine sample was taken. She wrote a prescription for a COVID test and walked out of the office. I left hurting and in tears. I received treatment at Primary Health by doctor D. Hamlin who showed concern and professional ethics. Neighborhood Clinic did make sure I was billed promptly for $145.00 compared to $133.00 at Primary Health who would actually listened and extended the needed care. I called to express my distress and was told my portion would be written off but received a second notice. They definitely care more about the money than the care they give."
