"Was referred to Eagle Dermatology by my primary at St. Als. I've had quite a few surgeries and procedures over the years, and I'm just a little hesitant and a bit nervous when it comes to getting "worked upon" by medical professionals. When I arrived, the receptionist was friendly and really nice. This kindness carried over into the exam room, where I was seen by PA-C, Lori Ebinger, and dermatology tech, Calley Sharp. I was impressed immediately by Lori, as she explained that my procedure was considered cosmetic, and then explained the costs, etc. This is very refreshing as the medical field has historically been one of execute, then surprise patients with crazy high costs (This was not that, very reasonable). After the discussion, Lori commenced to "fixing me". She was thorough and efficient, having me out of the exam room in just a few minutes. While my procedure was relatively minor, the experience, from walking through the door, to leaving a satisfied customer, was one that gave me a sense of competency and genuine caring. I would not hesitate to go back to Eagle Dermatology, no matter the severity of any future malady. Thanks Lori and Calley, very good experience!"
