"Flexible employees, accommodating, and plenty of equipment. Definitely my best commercial gym experience. Only downside is the hex plates which caused me to misgroove on my 725 deadlift. Other than that the gym is great."
"Gym and Trainer were okay but issue is the way the financial part of the program was perceived by my husband when he signed for the program .He reiterated 3 times that for a 3 month program with a personal trainer 2x wk would be $184.00 month, but to make a long irritating point, it was $184.00 for 2 weeks.=$368.00 a month.We are retired on fixed income and he would NEVER have signed for that. So beware of what you are getting! He talked to the gym and someone told him they would credit $184 back to his card , but when I called to confirm it today they said NO they were not going to give him credit. Poor business practice!!!"
"This place has potential. Unfortunately enough people sit on their phones watching YouTube instead of using the equipment. There is also a group of Indians that come in and make one side of the gym completely inhabitable because they smell like curry. This place could do better, unfortunately they don’t enforce phones or poor hygiene"
"Every day early in the morning before going to work it is quite difficult to train because there are quite a few people who sit on the machines and start talking to each other and do not train for 20 minutes but if they occupy the machines it is quite frustrating many other people we have to go to work and we have little time to train and I have already had to tell them to vacate the machines and it is something that is uncomfortable for me and for them. If you are in a hurry, better look for another location or another gym."
"Loved that there's a women's fitness room. There's a large variety of equipment to choose from. The place really needs to be cleaned a lot better but overall I had a good experience. The supplements they sell are way over priced though."
