"I visited the store twice as I was deciding which digital piano to purchase. On my first visit, Melody was extremely helpful and patient as I asked way too many questions. I returned a couple days later, on a Saturday, and spoke with Rich who was also great. The model I decided to purchase was not in stock and had been recently discontinued, so Rich told me he would get back to me after checking availability with the Kauai rep on Monday. Sure enough, I got a call on Monday morning from Melody with word that Kauai was no longer shipping the product and although I might find one available to be shipped by Sweetwater, she would be unable to get one for me. I told her that I felt bad about purchasing from someone else, since she and Rich had been so helpful, but she assured me that she was most interested in my getting the exact piano I wanted. At no time did she try to disuade me from the Kauai model I liked and sell me another brand or model. The level of integrity I experienced from a sales person who is probably on commission was truly extraordinary. I look forward to doing business with Dunkley in the future."

"I just watched 3 guys from this place deliver a damn player piano to a 3rd floor apartment. I don't know who thinks that's even a remotely reasonable request, but this place deserves 5 stars for even attempting that delivery. What's more, they did this more quietly than most people are when they move in and out of this building."

"Came in to purchase a new 4/4 violin for my daughter, we were met with complete silence, no one offered to help even while we were standing and looking at the employees who glanced at us and glanced away. No greeting, no customer service, I guess we will purchase elsewhere. I was contacted later to let me know there were no violin employees available. Would have liked to have heard that within the 15 minutes of us standing there. In any case we purchased a new violin from Welch music center. And as for your response, I was the one who actually reached out to you to let you know what we just experienced, a $20 gift card was offered for what? I don’t care about the cost, I just wanted a little customer service and not to sit there aimlessly with my daughter who had her old violin in hand while not being acknowledged at all. It’s a shame to see a company that’s been around for so long acting like every other poorly run business around here. Your employees fell short today, own up to it as I’m sure this isn’t your standard and instead ask your employees why they decided to decline to acknowledge us while waiting 15 minutes. Your apology and “gift” offer were done via a text message by the way, which adds to the idea that you may not know how to reach out to customers anymore."

"I’m visiting from out of state and I thought I’d check out a local music store. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this one! They have a huge variety of classical instruments and a small but high quality section of electric guitars and basses. The prices were fair and the employees were very kind. I was helped by Tanya who made sure I had everything I needed to try out a bass. She was absolutely amazing. If I’m ever back in Idaho, this is the music store I’m going to!"
