"I had my new patient appointment today and from the beginning I felt like I was being judged. My reason for coming in was to get a general checkup because I want to be proactive about any illness I may have instead of waiting until it’s too late. As I was brought back, the nurse took my weight, height, and waist measurements then made the assumption that I was healthy and proceeded to question why I’m here. I kindly told the nurse that I wanted to do a general checkup and establish care there. She then left and Dr Ferguson came in to do a “physical”. She did not check much and assumed I was healthy and asked why am I here. She then asked about my depression and she judged me about it. She then asked if I was religious (weird question) to which I responded “no, but I do believe in something higher than me” and she said “I’ll pray for you” in a condescending way. Wow, not something you want to hear from your doctor. She then left and talked with the nurse. I could hear them talking and she said “that guy is funny and weird”. I felt completely embarrassed and judged and would not wish this kind of treatment on anyone who prioritizes their health. I would not recommend going here."

"Heba Ferguson is so terrible. Interesting how she laughed in my face when I suggested we test for PCOS since I gained weight so rapidly. And called me a hypochondriac. Then I go to my new doctor and was diagnosed within the very first visit. It would’ve been nice if Ferguson was qualified to be a so called doctor that she had done her job I could’ve been managing my symptoms 60lbs ago. She is a disgrace to the medical field and it worries me that my grandparents put their lives in her hands to “treat” them. She does not know what she’s talking about. She’s told me to ask google when I have questions. She’s always rushing our appointments even though I always wait an hour before she comes in the room. Don’t come to this office at all; she’s going the only “doctor” there and she needs her license revoked."

"Dr. Ferguson is the best! She’s been my family doctor for over 10 years. She is very kind, considerate and caring. I trust her and I consider her my friend. I have recommended her to several of my friends who are also very happy with her as their family doctor."

"Ferguson is absolutely the worst doctor I’ve ever encountered. Shes told me to google things when I’ve asked her questions like the reason she was switching my medications-randomly. She is very condescending, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve left crying bc of how neglected I’ve felt. She does not care about her patients!!!! She should not be in practice. She’s tried to force birth control on me when I’ve clearly stated I do not want to be on it. Especially having an ectopic which was arguably caused by birth control. The staff and nurses are wonderful it is a shame that the sad excuse of a doctor Ferguson is the only practicing “doctor” there anymore. Every time I see her there’s a new reason why I dislike her so much I fear for my own family who sees her and we’ve been actively trying to find a new doctor for a while. Just please if you care about your health do not put money into this ladies pockets and see a doctor that actually has compassion, knowledge and respect for her patients."
