All the ladies that work there and Dr are an amazing nice team that really make you feel like they care. "I paid $499 for in-office teeth whitening and left with chemical burns on my lips, tongue, the insides of my cheeks and on my gums. The burns took almost two weeks to heal, during that time my mouth and lips were swollen, covered in blisters and very irritated. I had difficulty eating, drinking and speaking for several days due to the pain and swelling. The girl who did my treatment dropped instruments on the floor which I believe she then used on me, yelled for other support staff to come help her (who never arrived) and got bleach in my hair and on my clothes in the process of re-starting the treatment a minimum of 4 times. The first two times, no guards were used and most of my mouth was exposed to bleach. I immediately told her after application that I felt burning sensations. She got bleach on her gloves, didn't change them and then gripped various parts of my lips and touched my gums and tongue, further spreading the bleach to other areas during treatment resulting in more chemical burns, which she told me would go away in two days. The burns were already so bad in office, the pain was causing me to shake. Bags of tea were left in my mouth in an effort to reduce the pain and swelling. During the final application, I sat in the chair holding back tears from the intense pain and the girl doing my treatment was not around for probably 10 minutes. I took a picture after to send to my sister and felt humiliated when the employee who just caused me so much pain told me to send it to her. The dentist asked about my experience before leaving and I told her I was burned. She gave me an ice pack to use in office for a few minutes. The employee who burned me called later on, asking how my burns were healing and I told her I was in a lot of pain. She talked to the dentist and offered me topical ointment and by that point, I had decided I would not go back for any reason. After leaving, I called their office as soon as I was well enough and asked to cancel my next cleaning. Office staff contacted me to schedule a cleaning months later and I informed them why I wouldn't be returning. I received another call and an apology and was offered my money back for the experience I had. No refund was ever received. I debated leaving this review as it wasn't the dentist who was at fault. Upon seeing the blisters, swelling, and my difficulty with speech and swallowing from my treatment with Prairie Rock Dental, my family was furious and has continued to urge me to make the experience known in an effort to help other potential patients understand the risks of ending up in the wrong care. As a patient, you are already vulnerable by putting your trust in professionals you hope to be responsible with your health. If you are considering a whitening treatment, please, please vet as best you can and consider my experience with this office. Edit: The office refunded my money."

My teenager was extremely nervous and anxious about being at the dentist, but Ashley's patience and calming demeanor quickly put them at ease. Ashley went above and beyond to ensure that my teenager was comfortable throughout the entire process, and even took the time to explain each step of the procedure in a way that was easy for my teenager to understand. The facility itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped with the latest dental technology. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the office, from the comfortable waiting area to the state-of-the-art exam rooms.
