"I don't know which location Melissa the scheduling coordinator is out of but I dislike her work ethic. Explain to me in complete detail why I've had to schedule for my daughter's teeth caps 4 times now and it still hasn't been completed? Explain to me how in the world I am still somehow missing paperwork after we have been trying to complete this single appointment of work for almost 2 years now? How is it that my husband was just in Topeka checking on our next appointment which we were all under the impression this was the appointment where we were finally going to put my daughter under anesthesia and have her caps installed but somehow the appointment is now a simple cleaning? And in her notes she put down she tried to leave my husband a voicemail but it was full (it's never been full)? My number is attached to the account but I've never received a call? Stop blaming the customer for your poor service and schedule my daughters appointment correctly and let's get this done."

"They are truly the best they care about your children and it shows. Trina. Shout-out to the eye doctor (forgot name). She is really caring we had a incident with my girls' eye. She was so gentle, and very good explaining the problems and solution if there is one."

"Very clean and calm atmosphere, but the wait times for dental is always going to be 30-45 + minutes whether you arrive early or not. I have no issues with their vision side, they’re always great with my autistic daughter and my neurotypical daughter we love them! However, the dental side (the hygienists, the doctor is good) doesn’t seem to require much or any knowledge when it comes to working with special needs or autism. They’re always very nice though. I wouldn’t recommend their dental side to anybody with a special needs child, but I absolutely would the vision side."
