Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Being a 6 month beginner its sometimes intimidating going to a new place but everyone here made me feel like home. I wanted to try and find a similar place here in Idaho. Although The Base isn't small like our other academy, it is fantastic. They offer 5 days a week of training. Including a no gi class. "Life changing. There is something that happens to a person when they learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or "BJJ". It's been described a multitude of different ways. I think it's best explained by any of the parents with children attending the kids classes. Seriously, go down and ask a parent if they recommend BJJ. I think the answers will amaze most. I've heard parents speak of the way their kids have changed for the better. I see respectful kids with discipline and maturity. I see kids being comfortable with challenges.
