"We enrolled our daughter at BBLC this fall and we were immediately blown away by the level of care this staff commits to. She had such a rough transition period, filled with lots and lots of crying, and we weren't really sure what to do. Miss April, Miss Whitney, Miss Sara, Miss Eryn and SO MANY others immediately jumped in to make her comfortable. They gave us tips on how to help, listened to what we thought, and meshed all the ideas together. Miss April dedicated extra bonding time (and babysat one weekend to strengthen the bond!), Miss Sara always gave her hugs at drop off to start the day strong. What started as us picking up a sad baby every afternoon pretty quickly culminated in a complete 180. I remember the first time I arrived at pickup to our daughter (a notorious baby hater) happily playing with ANOTHER BABY. The immediate rush of relief and weight that lifted off my shoulders was crazy. Our daughter is not the same anxious baby she was at the beginning; she's becoming a social butterfly! We absolutely love this school and there aren't enough words in the human language to describe how happy we are. I wish Google would let me rate this 1 million stars, because they deserve it!!"

"I dont even know where to begin with this review. My kids attened brighter beggining for about 3 years. At first my kids were getting the care they needed and loved to be at school. Then my son started to show signs of behavioral changes. He was always getting into trouble and not listening, that was a problem. I ended up going back to school myself and pulling my kids for a few months and instantly noticed improvement in his behavior. After I graduated I decided to try BBLC again. After getting them enrolled the director was happy to inform me she recently kicked a kid out ( this kid was someone that my son would get into trouble with). I told his teachers how excited I was to bring him back because his behavior has improved so much in that short time. After a few weeks I noticed that he was having a hard time listening again, and keeping his hands to himself. I had a metting with his teacher and the director to see what we needed to do in order to help my son thrive in school. Unfortunately they had a hard time with sticking to the plan we all came up with. They would just send him home because "he ran away from his teacher while being outside because he didnt want to come inside". One day my husband went to pick my kids up and noticed our son sitting in the corner of the room with one of the older kids watching his tablet unattended. He came home concerned and looked up what they were watching. It was an inappropriate show on YouTube called "umong us". After we saw he was watching that we took all of youtube away. The director emailed me and said that if my son cant control his behavior and emotions then she would have to kick him out. I responded to the email in a way she must not have appreciated because the next day she kicked out my son. My kids are now at a new preschool and the difference in my sons behavior is substantial. when we drop off and pick up the teachers always greet us and are happy to tell us how amazing my kids are doing. My kids are not coming home hungry or even upset like they had a bad day. My son has mentioned that at his new school they dont even need tv because they are always entertained. My kids are thriving here and it honestly oppened my eyes that my kids were never the problem. Teachers play a big role in kids life, if a child thinks their teacher dont like them that is the issue. My son asked me "mom am I going to a new because I'm a bad kid" with tears in his eyes. I explained to him that his old school cant care for him like his new school will. After starting his new school he now understands."

"Brighter Beginnings is a wonderful place for our daughter. She is known by name and welcomed every day we drop her off. They truly care about her and it shows as she sometimes asks to go even though she is in school now."

"We had been at a different daycare previously over the coarse of the summer and it was a challenge at drop off every single day. Since we switched to Brighter Beginnings, however, it’s so much easier! My son never sheds a single tear and it’s because he feels safe and comfortable here. It’s warm and welcoming as soon as we walk in the door. I’m so grateful for this facility and their staff for taking such great care of him."

"Brighter beginnings sets the bar for expectations and follow through with their child care. My boys have been going there for a year now and I’ve never had a negative experience with them. Cassandra the director is great with communication and their staff keeps me updated all day long about my infant and 2 year old. Most of the days I have to drag my 2 year old out of the school because he loves his friends and teachers so much! Highly recommend them for anyone looking for an amazing child care center for their children."
