"Terrible daycare! DO NOT RECOMMEND! We explained our sons needs and they said there wouldn't be a problem. My son went for 3 days and then I got a call that it wasn't a good fit! Didn't even give him a chance to adapt at all! Apparently they aren't trained to handle any children that have needs. AWFUL EXPERIENCE & wouldn't recommend anyone take their children there!"

"We had to pull our 5 month old son out due to this center’s negligence. To start, there was a confirmed positive case of RSV that we were not informed of until after our son was infected with RSV. When I asked the Site Director why we hadn’t been told, the explanation I received was “I don’t think that’s my job.” We would have loved to make an informed decision as to whether or not to send our son to a daycare with a confirmed case of RSV, but unfortunately that information was withheld. We dropped off in the morning when our son was feeling fine. We took his temperature before we dropped him off and all was well. When I picked him up in the afternoon, you could tell he was absolutely sick. You could tell he had a fever by feeling him, but the daycare never took his temperature. He was supposed to eat 12oz from the time we dropped him off by the time we picked him up. He ate 2oz in the morning, then proceeded to nap for 4 hours which is extremely abnormal for him. They should have known this, since they had been watching him for 2 months at this point. He ate 3oz in the afternoon after his nap and threw it up. You would think they would have called us to have us pick him up, but I got all of this information as a normal end of day review. I was told “he smiled at us.” So that means he must be fine, right? There weren’t any other indications that he was sick?! From the center I went straight to the ER where his temperature was 102+ and tested positive for RSV. He spent 4 days in the hospital."

"We are so pleased with Advantage Early Learning Center. My grandson has attended Advantage Early Learning for several years. We’ve watched the staff manage and continually update their policies to keep the children and staff safe throughout Covid. Their communication with parents has been excellent. The staff is so loving and attentive and works hard to understand and meet the needs of students. My grandson absolutely loves going to daycare each day!"

"We absolutely love Advantage. The way the staff takes time to get to know each child and family on a personal level is very comforting as they are the people our children spend the most waking hours with. I GREATLY appreciate the way that safety concerns are handled. I am always alerted about significant injuries or concerns, which I cannot say for other childcare facilities. As for COVID, I am very pleased with the way Advantage has handled exposures and masking. They are being as cautious as possible while still trying to maintain consistent care for children who were exposed but not showing symptoms. I feel much better knowing that my children are wearing masks and that the staff are doing all they can to provide consistent reinforcement of safety protocols to minimize my family’s risk of getting sick. Thank you, Advantage! I will continue to recommend you to anyone looking for fun, safe, and compassionate childcare!"

"My children have had positive experiences here. I appreciate how the staff in the four year old's classroom has worked with my older child. Previously he was shy, reserved and socially awkward. He has since made leaps and bounds in developing his social skills. He is especially fond of Miss Cassie. Miss Shawna is great and easy to work with. The staff is wonderful about working with his peculiar and specific needs. The two year old classroom has great staff as well. Miss Diedra and Miss Emily are awesome. They provide lunch to the kids and ample amounts of physical activity with indoor play equipment and a yard outside. Great place!"
