"Was in CDA for business, and our Airbnb was close by, so I paid for a week. Great setup! Day/week rates are super reasonable, facility was clean and well kept, machines and weights were all in great working order, the people in there were all really cool and kept to themselves mostly. I showed up around 6-7 am every time, and there weren't very many people in there. By 8-8:30, when I was leaving, there were more people, but it still wasn't crowded. They have an app that you use Bluetooth to get access to the gym 24/7, which is really cool. A lot of the people that were in there were doing 1 on 1 personal training, and all the trainers carried themselves like professionals and had a good vibe with their clients. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this gym if you're in the area!"

"Great gym, been going here for about 7 months or so.. Only issue I see is maintenance isn't too common. There isn't staff at the gym usually unless they have personal training, I've noticed a lot that the bathrooms are out of paper towels or soap and just minor cleaning issues. Other than that it's a great gym, I love it especially for the 24/7 opening, that's very important for me."
