"Brad worked with my insurance company and did all the work to get partial payment for a new roof. Crew showed up quickly, did a great job and cleaned up everything before leaving. The roof looked great and a lot of it was covered by insurance which I wouldn't have known was possible. That work went so well I had BuildPro replace the roof on my fourplex when I had storm damage and a leak. This time he worked with insurance and they covered 100%. I also had a duplex with a 30 year old roof. No insurance this time but I bid the job out and he was very competitive with other roofers. Finally, because I'd had 3 great experiences I asked him if he ever did Valley County work where we have a manufactured home. If you've tried to get work done in Valley County you know you usually pay a premium and have to be patient because wait times are long. Build Pro beat all the other quotes and once we signed the contract we were done in a couple weeks! I was relieved given that it was fall and you never know how the weather will be. He said he was confident he could get my insurance to approve a full replacement and that's what he did. Him and his staff did all of the leg work with my insurance company. Once approved and I received the payment from insurance, his install team was here within a few days to put the new roof on. "I strongly recommend Build Pro Roofing. From the moment that the Project Manager, Brad, came to look at my roof through the completion of the project I was impressed with the company's professionalism and strong work ethic. Brad walked me through the process and was quick to respond to my many questions. He communicated with the insurance company and had excellent knowledge of the various codes to make sure I got the best roof possible. He had to communicate with the insurance company several times to prove that my roof needed to be up to code. In the end, the insurance company covered the cost of my new roof, minus the deductible, due to wind damage. The office staff was excellent and communicated regularly with me. Once everything was approved, I was immediately put on the schedule and work began within a few days. I was highly impressed with the roofers who worked almost non stop from morning until evening. Then they came back the next day to complete the project and worked just as hard. They were polite, friendly, hard working and organized. The next day the insurance company received pictures of the completed roof and the claim check was on the way.
