"The communication of this place is just horrible. I called Danielle early morning to get a quote on car insurance for a car i was wanting to go buy. when i start to sign the papers i call her back to get the insurance on the car so i can leave, all of sudden she gave me the wrong quote and it was higher then what she told me. Good thing i found another insurance that gave me insurance for $141 cheaper then what this place was going to give. Definitely don’t recommend these guys if you don’t want to get screwed over."

"I want to be clear. I have no idea about the quality of Farm Bureau as a insurance company. My problem is with J Gardner and his assistant. I called 4 times over a 2 week period trying to get insured. I heard I will call you back each time. With no return calls I would call them again. The last call I heard to be honest I don't really have any idea when I will have time to give you a quote. Then I insisted I have been waiting 2 weeks. Response I heard was one moment please. When she came back on the line she said we don't insure vehicles for 1 month. I explained, no I need to go get the truck from out of state. Then I plan on selling it. But I will need insurance for other vehicles as I am bringing more of my trucks in from out of state. Response oh ah I don't know what to tell you. I say, ok are all the Farm bureau Insurance like you. Her comment, I don't think so. I say YELP is going to love you."
