"PLEASE READ I couldn't rate them 0 stars. If you buy a house and they are your home warranty provider just decline it and go with ANYONE else trust me. They absolutely refuse to acknowledge their awful "technicians" behavior in my home and I have the emails to prove it. He's done nothing for weeks but "kick tires" and try to sit on the phone with tech support that I also have to take control over because he's not listening to what they're telling him to do. The list of complaints is nothing because it's all topped off by their "professional" leaving his feces on my bathroom floor and toilet that First American Title also refuses to acknowledge. Instead we got a thanks for the info. I've never had a company or the people representing them be so unprofessional. I'd add the photos but Google won't allow them to be posted because of the nature of the pictures."

To make the request even worse, the properties were in remote areas of Owyhee County.
